Lecturer, Research focuses on higher education theory and management, comparative higher education, and educational policy with Chinese characteristics. Publish over 30 papers in journals and newspapers including "Educational Research", "Guangming Daily", and "Asia Pacific Education Review". Co-author 4 books. Lead or participate in over 10 national, provincial, and institutional-level research projects.
