Jun ZHU, an Associate Professor and graduate advisor whose research interests span a wide range of topics, including higher education governance, graduate curriculum teaching, employment and entrepreneurship education, public sector human resource development and management, college student development, and youth leadership cultivation. He has published extensively in high-quality academic journals such as China Youth Study, Tsinghua Journal of Education, and Peking Journal of Education. He is also the author and co-author of multiple academic books, including Foundation of College Student Entrepreneurship, and has led numerous major research projects.
